Collaborating with multiple industries, from non profit organisations - providing communications, community engagement, social impact project work, D&I consultancy, social inclusion workshop advocacy and facilitation to schools and businesses. To Film and Television Production Companies - providing Technical, Organisational and Production Management Services.
Graduating with a BA Honors in English and Media, Natasha went on to build up over fifteen years of experience, working in the Creative and Television Industry and for ITV Yorkshire. Natasha's role as an Advanced Production Specialist at ITV News Calendar, enabled her to work as part of a multi-skilled team delivering live news bulletins and programmes - within a technical studio, gallery setting and busy newsroom environment.
Natasha was also able to join the ITV's Content Services department - The award winning home of media transfer, transcoding, content restoration, digitisation, and distribution in the North of England. This provided a great opportunity to learn new technology skills and be part of the company's digital transformation strategy, implementing tools and new ways of working to collaborate across teams.
Whilst successfully developing her Television, Broadcasting and Technical skill set - Natasha was able to focus on her passion, inspiring colleagues across the business nationwide, to get involved in ITV's Corporate Social Responsibility appeals and campaigns. Embracing diversity, sustainability development goals and wellbeing. This allowed her to be part of many working groups and networks, where she developed internal communications, marketing tools, workshops, events, community engagement, and sustainable ideas.
After Launching and Co - Chairing ITV's Black, Asian, Ethnic Minority Network and taking part in the first ITV Rise Leadership and Management programme for high performers - Natasha's activism for equality, diversity and inclusion, accelerated and brought much positive change on her path. Recognising there is still a lot of work to do, Natasha's aim is to continue empowering and inspiring communities, as she continuously advocates for better representation, more opportunities and strives to amplify the voices of women and people from underrepresented and marginalised backgrounds.
Natasha has also gone on to demonstrate her leadership skills and share her Industry knowledge and expertise, to become an industry mentor for the Media Trust and ScreenSkills Emerging Talent Programme and to individuals breaking into the industry - focusing on supporting entry level mentees from underrepresented groups.
Following a very successful decade and a half with ITV, Natasha went on to start an exciting freelance journey in the world of Film and TV - where she has retrained, up-skilled, launched her own 'Paper List Productions' Services and worked on an impressive new portfolio of Film and TV Production Management industry credits.
Natasha also utilises her digital technology skills and love for organising through her own 'Organised For All' Services, providing individuals and businesses with online and behind the scenes organising services, including Creative, Business, Admin, Events, Celebrations and Lifestyle Management.
With Natasha's devotion to giving back alongside her professional career, she has proudly dedicated over twenty years of her time to volunteering, tackling social issues and supporting causes close to her heart - with many diverse communities, organisations and always supporting CSR initiatives within the workplace.
Through her community relations work, business collaboration, outreach and launching of collection of passion projects, Natasha has gained an extensive and eclectic range of skills, where she has worked with a great number of established large and small brands, fundraised, attended charity events, rolled out school and literacy initiatives, hosted workshops, joined public platforms to be a rep and voice for others, used her blogging and digital communications to share good news, created women's support networks, became a brand ambassador, led wellbeing and fitness groups, supported entrepreneurs with business start ups, set up online community groups and forums, curated local community family events and cultural festival days.
